Abstract. The article is devoted to the formation of production programs for contractors working in the field of railway construction. A study of the construction activities of modern contractors has shown strategic goals and their impact on the final result. The current situation promotes the introduction of flexible mechanisms for solving organizational and technological problems of railway construction. In this regard, it is proposed to use the capabilities of the subsystem of engineering and intellectual support of technological processes of the system of engineering and technical support for the construction of railway track objects. For this purpose, modern and promising stages were considered, as well as methods and means of developing construction technological processes. A list of tasks is defined that, due to their large size and difficulty of formalization, determine the need to use intelligent methods to solve them. Such tasks include: technological substantiation of constructive solutions for railway track objects, development, resource management and planning of technological processes of railway construction. Computational and computational-logical models have been developed as part of the practical application of the subsystem of engineering and intellectual support of technological processes. The obtained models served as the basis for experimental software modules, which are the structural elements of an intelligent automated system. An example of the practical application of an intelligent automated system for solving the problems of forming and executing the production program of a construction (contracting) organization for the construction of a railway embankment on a weak foundation is considered.

During dissertation research done by the author, were obtained results that were presented in this article.
