Abstract. Important urgent tasks of repair and maintenance of public roads include the determination of service terms of service on monitoring data highways. It is included in the list of administrative tasks, as well as common tasks and maintenance of automated Bank road «the ROAD.» Modern level of science requires a transition from average to probabilistic and statistical methods of technical regulation and regulation at all stages of the life cycle of roads.

As a key measure characterizing the end of service life of the protective layer, should take the maximum size allowable wear. It is based on the observation of the service road coverings, protective layers and characterizes not only a quantitative, but indirectly wear and quality coating-abrasion and water resistance.

In such cases, it is recommended that you restore the protective layers of strips or «cards» on the worn area of up to 30 % with minimal financial cost to significantly increase turnaround period of exploitation of surface treatments.

Practical application of research results gives you the opportunity to extend mezhremontnye dates of operation surface finishing on 1-2 season that will provide real financial savings.
