Abstract. In order to solve the most important problems of mass construction and repair of regional roads, it is necessary to use local materials with additional modification to ensure the required indicators and their uniformity. These include cement, gypsum, phosphogypsum, and gravel-sand mixtures. The main components of gravel-sand mixtures are quarry sand and crushed stone. Their ratio is selected depending on the application of the mixture.

The object of the study is more expensive and complex in composition materials – polymer-mineral mixtures based on polymer-mineral composition Nicoflok for the construction of road pavement roads (streets, city roads). The main indicators of the studied mixtures: high compressive strength, bending tensile strength, water resistance, elasticity. Performance of structures: high technology, working in the elastic-deformation stage, the solidity.

This article reflects the new results of the authors on the development of formulations of new materials for road construction, in particular for roads with low traffic. In the course of work the analysis of properties of these mixes and the choice of the most rational structure was carried out. Nicoflok is a composition consisting of specifically selected minerals by a given chemical composition and activation, as well as polymers. The selection of rational compositions of mixtures with the use of polymer-mineral composition based on polymer powders and mineral fillers Nicoflok for the device layer of the base of the pavement.
