Abstract. River Port Hydraulic Structures, built on the inland waterways of the Russian Federation, belong to the engineering structures, subjected to intensive and diverse external influences and operating in very difficult operating conditions. Most of the Port Hydraulic Structures was built more than forty years ago. To provide information and analytical support in solving problems related to the reliable and safe operation of the Port Hydraulic Structures, it is necessary to have up-to-date and reliable information about their condition. To this end, an automated database should be created that can serve as a basis for making appropriate informed decisions on the optimal management of the state of the objects under consideration. The developed automated system of accounting, storage, systematization, processing and presentation of complex information on the Port Hydraulic Structures includes the following information: design, Executive and operational and technical documentation, data on the performed reconstructions and major repairs, the results of monitoring of the state and inspection of facilities (data of observations and research, technical condition, indicators of repair and restoration work, etc.), as well as other data characterizing compliance with the production water organizations mandatory requirements for their normal operation.
