Abstract. The aim of this study is to determine the technological features of using digital information modeling for the integration and description of monitoring data in spatial-attributive linkage. The article examines the features of creating a software module for parametric modeling of monitoring data within a digital information modeling system. The specifics of decomposing the initial modeling data for the formation of step and amplitude graphs in the spatial model system are studied. Individual methods for using data dispersion to analyze their reliability and compliance with criteria are described. Methods of visual programming for automated modeling of graph areas using surface meshes and Gaussian curvature are considered. The article analyzes existing approaches to assessing the current state of a construction object within the framework of 4D technology, using tools and mathematical apparatus for creating splines of numerical modeling in a spatial system. In particular, attention is paid to methods for obtaining graphs in a spatial system based on data in the vector-attribute association of digital information modeling elements with external tables. The paper proposes a systematization of individual modeling technologies based on a three-step method of digital information modeling of monitoring data.
