Abstract. The project construction is carrying out in Samara on the human settlements. Within the building estate there are provided for construction and assembly works on the project construction, as well as temporary accommodation of the building materials and structures.
When constructing the pedestrian undercrossing the maximum possible preservation of the existing landscaping is provided. The main elements of landscaping are the following: roadway covering of the arterial street and pedestrian ways, as well as settlement gardening.
The construction of the roadway covering is taken by analogy with the existing one and with application of border stone of dismantled curbs. The lawn is established on the plots of territory free of buildings and roadway topping and adjacent to the approach ramps of the pedestrian crossing. The design elevations on the roadway and the pedestrian part remain unchanged, as inspired by the existing drainage system. The drainage from the surrounding area is carried out through the gullies into the city collector.
During operation the resulting fluorescent lamps shall be removed without temporary storage by transport; frequency of removal — according to accumulation of waste lamps, but at least annually.
In order to reduce the impacts on the soil and land resources in the period of construction, the appropriate environmental protection measures are provided:
• maximum reduction of the sizes of building and process areas for carrying out construction and installation works;
• collection of the household waste waters in the metal tanks and composting toilets with a following removal;
• collection and removal of construction waste and debris without interim storage as accumulation;
• installation at the construction area the closed metal containers for the collection of household waste and their timely removal;
• the excess soil, forming during the earthwork operations, is subject to removal on the authorized polygons under a contract with a licensed organization, etc.
