Abstract. One of ways of the device of the lower layers of road clothes of hot and cold asphalt concrete mixes is application the «organomineralnykh» of mixes. Results of optimum selection of damp mix (VOMS) on local inert materials (crushed-stone sandy mix) are presented. Application of VOMS gives big advantages in comparison with asphalt concrete mixes at the device of the bases and coverings of road clothes. It is the big range of working temperature that isn’t unimportant in northern areas. Besides labor input of production and the device of layers of VOMS is one many less that also positively influences economic expenses.

The big list of inert materials, available to application, at production of VOMS gives the chance of use of also local materials at construction that is confirmed on the example of Krasnodar Krai, where many such mixes as ShchGPS, ShchPS, GPS and in smaller volume granite materials that is also economic as reduces time on delivery of materials. As the knitting the bituminous emulsion of the cationic EBK-3 type in compliance of GOST P52128-2003 was applied медленнораспадающиеся. VOMS prepares in installation conveyor-based.
