The development of housing, civil and industrial construction in Russia at the present stage is associated with improving the quality, bringing it closer to the European and reducing the cost of construction materials, the most priority of which are concrete and reinforced concrete. Multi-component cement systems, which is one of the most promising areas, is a significant factor in reducing the energy intensity and cost of concrete and reinforced concrete and giving them special properties. It is known that the average specific energy consumption for cement is 60-200, and for dense aggregates – 4.3-6.8 kg t./m3. Therefore, the reduction of cement consumption in concrete through the use of MM with a lower (several times) energy consumption and cost is an effective technological technique in the technical and economic aspect. The author comes to the conclusion that the analysis of the problem domain the use of granulated slag in the production of binders or in the concrete showed that the main issue hindering their use, is to lower the strength of cement and concrete with slag of relatively clear formulations. The most effective way to increase the strength of slag MCC is the use of fine slag with optimal parameters (dispersion and content), as well as their sulphate-alkaline activation, which allows to obtain high-strength cements and concretes. that the production of cements and concretes due to the instability of their properties and the complexity of the technology has not received a mass introduction. Therefore, the further development of theoretical and practical recommendations to improve the efficiency of the use of fine-grained blast furnace slag in the production of cement and concrete is one of the most urgent and promising scientific problems in construction, which has environmental importance.

Keywords: blast-furnace granulated slags; multicomponent cement systems; application problems; cement; construction; reinforced concrete; energy intensity

Tsipursky Ilya Lazarevich Moscow state university of civil engineering, Moscow, Russia E-mail: Vatrala.m1@gmail.com Kokonova Aidai Abdyldaevna Moscow state university of civil engineering, Moscow, Russia E-mail: Vatrala.m1@gmail.com Danilova Elena Dmitrievna Moscow state university of civil engineering, Moscow, Russia E-mail: Vatrala.m1@gmail.com Kovchenko …

[28,5

post-608","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-issue-1-2018","category-article
["GET
