Their characteristics heavily exceed the metal properties. The corrosion\u00a0resistance, low specific gravity and high strength are the constitutive advantages of this group of\u00a0materials.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the same time, the polymer-composite materials also have disadvantages, one of which is a\u00a0smaller modulus of elasticity (in comparison with the metal), resulting in the large deformations of loaded structures and low cracking resistance.
