The authors stated assessment of the consistency of the respondents and experts estimate the differences in the impact of road coatings quality indicators on the performance of their reliability. The problem considered by the example presented below methodology for conducting research on expert selection and justification determining quality indicators highways coatings affecting a generalized indicator of their reliability. The technique is based on the famous Delfi approach modified in the part of the questionnaires and processing of expert studies. This approach has not yet received widespread use in road construction, as the objective evaluation by this method is possible by comparing the number of properties and quantitative evaluation of absolute values in a predetermined range.
