The article proposes a model of a system for integrating information modeling technologies into the processes of maintenance and repair of bridge structures at the operational stage. The model considers operation as a closed loop of information transformation: from controlled parameters and results of inspections and diagnostics to data structuring in an information model, assessment and forecasting the technical and operational condition, the formation of the operational situation and the choice of management actions according to the criterion of minimizing total losses. Integration levels have been introduced, including the object, controlled parameters, diagnostics, information model, assessment and forecasting, situation and solution, as well as transition operators between them, ensuring data traceability and reproducibility of solutions. A list of groups of controlled parameters is proposed, including geometric, defective, dynamic, transport and climatic characteristics, and an approach to the formation of an integral index of the state of elements based on normalization and weight convolution of indicators is shown. To illustrate the circuit’s operability, a numerical example of a single control cycle is given. The presented model can be used as a methodological basis for constructing digital contours of operation and subsequent implementation of digital counterparts of bridge structures. The conditions of applicability of the model are noted: the regulation of the composition of measurements, the quality and frequency of observations, the methodological justification of the threshold values of situations and weight coefficients, as well as the organization of updating the attributive part of the information model after the work is completed. It is shown that the transition from defect fixation to condition management is achieved by formalizing feedback and unifying data presentation, which is especially important when operating a fleet of facilities and allocating limited resources.

Keywords: bridge structures; operation; information modeling technologies; maintenance; repair; condition index; situational management; digital twin

Voronkov Oleg Nikolayevich Moscow Automobile and Road Construction State Technical University, Moscow, Russia E-mail: voronkov.kubstu@mail.ru ORCID: https://orcid.org/0009-0009-4178-4626 RSCI: https://elibrary.ru/author_profile.asp?id=1315614 Valiev Sherali Nazaralievich Moscow Automobile and Road Construction State Technical University, Moscow, Russia E-mail: vshn2014@gmail.com ORCID: https://orcid.org/0000-0001-6326-2233 RSCI: https://elibrary.ru/author_profile.asp?id=284723 Abstract.
