The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the application of additive and subtractive technologies in construction and examines their role in the realization of structures with complex geometries and individualized architectural components. Within the framework of the study, the authors reveal that digital modeling combined with three-dimensional printing and numerically controlled milling makes it possible to shift the focus from traditional construction feasibility toward spatial planning and compositional solutions, while ensuring high manufacturing accuracy and reduced material consumption under real construction conditions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Particular attention is given to the evaluation of design flexibility, parametric optimization of forms, and the efficiency of resource use. At the same time, the study systematizes key barriers that hinder the large-scale integration of these technologies, including limitations related to the properties of construction materials, the need for toolpath optimization, the high capital cost of equipment, as well as issues of economic feasibility and regulatory frameworks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Based on the analysis of implemented projects and contemporary scientific research, conclusions are drawn about the potential of three-dimensional printing and milling to rethink construction processes and support the sustainable development of the industry.
