A vibration extrusion model of a 3D printer with an electromechanical vibrator drive has been developed. The description of the processes of air removal from the formed mixture during vibration compaction and the conditions of forming a concrete beam is given. During the tests, instrumental measurements of the process parameters were carried out. The results of experimental studies obtained from the accelerometer, which characterize the main operating parameters of the experimental stand, are presented. Under the influence of vibration, the friction between the mixture and the nozzle walls sharply decreases, the mixture temporarily liquefies (thixotropy appears), which allows it to stack more smoothly and adhere better to the previous layer, partially removing the entrained air bubbles. Under the influence of vibration, the oscillation pattern is sinusoidal, of a complex type. A more intensive sealing process at a vibrator voltage of 40 V. The patterns of changes in the properties of the concrete mixture under various modes of vibration damping have been established. The end result will be a prototype of an adaptive control mixture feeding system and guidelines on the composition of building mixes for 3D construction printing.

Keywords: 3D printing; building products; extrusion; molding

Emelyanov Ryurik Timofeevich Siberian Federal University, Krasnoyarsk, Russia E-mail: Ert-44@Yandex.ru ORCID: https://orcid.org/0000-0001-5453-4882 Turysheva Evgeniya Sergeevna Siberian Federal University, Krasnoyarsk, Russia E-mail: E.Trisheva@Mail.ru ORCID: https://orcid.org/0000-0001-7252-4004 Potapov Alexey Evgenievich Siberian Federal University, Krasnoyarsk, Russia E-mail: dumaiobomne7@yandex.ru ORCID: https://orcid.org/0009-0006-8577-8437 Shulyushenkov Danila Sergeevich Siberian …

[60,5

post-2896","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-issue-1-2026","category-article
["GET
