Zubov, e-mail: zrmine@mail.ru<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Abstract.<\/strong> The article investigates the design of reinforced concrete floor slabs with a hardened topping layer for logistics centers subjected to combined static loads from shelving and dynamic loads from intensive industrial vehicle traffic, constructed on a sand-gravel mixture layer over a soil foundation. The study analyzes design solutions developed for industrial-logistical buildings with a total area of 20,000\u00a0m\u00b2 in the \u00abZubovo\u00bb Technopark, Ufimsky District, Republic of Bashkortostan, focusing on effective reinforcement of a 72\u00d772-meter reinforced concrete slab and its crack resistance. A novel structural solution for the reinforced concrete slab is proposed, incorporating mesh reinforcement of the upper layer above the main reinforcement to enhance crack resistance, with expansion joints spaced at 24-meter intervals. The article presents calculated results for slab settlement, top and bottom reinforcement based on the studied physico-mechanical properties of the soil foundation and existing engineering-geological conditions, performed using the finite element method with the integrated structural analysis and design system Structure CAD Office, Lira 10.12.
