The authors examine modern methods of collecting and processing experimental data within the framework of inspections and propose ways to improve the accuracy of assessing the technical condition of span structures and supports. In particular, the capabilities of the software package Midas CIM for automating the processing of data collected during in-situ investigations of bridge structures are analyzed. The development of a plugin for Midas CIM is proposed, which would enable more prompt processing of information from field logs, including data on the geometry and condition of load-bearing structures. Such a plugin may reduce data processing time, decrease the risk of errors, and simplify the management of inspection results.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The article emphasizes the importance of creating an integrated information database that can be used by any specialist, minimizing dependence on individual participants in the inspection process. The application of digital information technologies contributes to improving the quality and accelerating the generation of reports on the condition of bridges and, ultimately, enhancing the efficiency of their operational management.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Thus, the rational use of digital technologies allows for an economic effect through the refinement of the actual load-bearing capacity of structures.
