For these purposes the developed countries of the world are using the specialized software that takes into account the existing features of the technical regulation. The article presents a review of the management systems of road structure state. The systems of state management can be divided into the network-level systems used to plan the timing of the repair work, forecast the changes of operational status through time and budget planning and systems of design level, tasks of which include selection of measures to provide the required consumer properties of the road. There was carried out analysis of tools and tasks solvable by the best known in the world systems of state management. It is found that for the state management the majority of systems use the forecasting tools of the structure or function coefficients usually representing the empirical models. The article describes disadvantages of the state management technique ODN 218.0.006-2002.
