Abstract. In 2024, the Research Institute of Bridges, on the instructions of the Federal Autonomous Institution Federal Center for Normation, Standardization and Technical Assessment of Conformity in Construction (FAU «FCS») of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, within the framework of the state program of the Russian Federation «Development of Industry and Increasing its Competitiveness» (RF Government Resolution of April 15, 2014 N 328), carried out R&D on the topic: «Experimental studies of domestically produced anchor chemical fasteners for use at transport facilities (bridges, road and railway tunnels, etc.), including under high loads».
The aim of the study was to obtain standardized parameters when using domestically produced chemical anchor fasteners. The study included 22 series of tests divided into three groups: to determine the minimum edge and center-to-center distances, permissible pulling and shearing loads; to check the susceptibility of anchors to installation and operating conditions; a group of full-scale studies to determine the actual bearing capacity of fasteners in real operating conditions. After statistical processing of the test results, additions and recommendations for changes in the provisions of regulatory documents were formulated. Also, based on the test results, it was concluded that domestic chemical anchors are not inferior to European-made anchors, and their use will allow achieving significant profits.
